As you can see below the forum help category there are three anime and other categories:
(lets take these three as example)
1.Pirate's Deck
2.Bleach Shinigami World
3.Naruto's Village
And in these three categories there you will find forums.Most of the forums are allowed to the members to post and reply and have fun and some of them have only Information and news relevant to category's subject..
1.Pirate's Deck category has One Piece relevant topics
2.Bleach Shinigami World has Bleach relevant topics and discussions
3.Naruto's Village has Naruto and Naruto Shippuden relevant topics and discussions
Chat:
You can chat with other forum members here and don't use abusive language not even in "***" form
archieve is being checked daily and if admins or moderators find you using abusive language or spamming, You will be BANNED
Games:
Games in posts and forum have same rules, no spamming and no use of abusive language
For Guests:
Guests can't post messages and reply forums except of participating in polls and read topics in posts, they will have to join the forum to do so :)
Users:After 30minutes if a user is inactive or idle so that user is considered offline, its automatically done.
NOTICE:
Rules applied for all posts forums, games and chats, etc.
1. No Spamming(ads or other links, except of signatures not providing external links, no post repeats)
2. No abusing
3. No threatening
4. No racism
5. No irregularity(a user must be logged in once or twice in a month atleast)
